“Opening in January 2002 in Manchester’s historic mill yard, Milly’s Tavern is the city’s only brewery. We handcraft our beer on premise using our 15-barrel DME brewing system and use an all-natural brewing process with no pasteurization or chemical preservatives. We use the choicest ingredients in our beers, imported malted barley, hops from the Pacific Northwest and Europe, pure Lake Massabesic water and yeast from around the world. ”
